OVERVIEW
Seaworthy Collective is seeking a Founder Success Manager to help facilitate
our national Startup Studio and Incubator, as well as other programs,
including a Tampa Bay area-focused Fellowship Program. Our Startup Studio
and Incubator is our flagship program - a twelve-week deep dive intentionally
built around Seaworthy founders. Our approach is unique; we embrace
human-centered design, placing the needs, experiences, and aspirations of
entrepreneurs at the core. Through empathy and understanding, as well as
experience, we individually tailor our support for each founder to address their
unique challenges. In this way, we help support and develop founders as
people, as much as their solutions.
We build cohorts of two types of participants: current founders growing their
existing early-stage startups, and aspiring founders co-creating a new startup
with Seaworthy. We aim to support 5 to 7 existing early-stage startups and
co-create 1 new startup for each cohort. In 2026, we are excited to support
one spring cohort and two Fellowship Cohorts (one in the Tampa Bay area,
one national).
