OVERVIEW
Seaworthy Collective is seeking a Programs Coordinator to help facilitate our
Startup Studio and Incubator, Fellowship program, as well as other local
community programs. Our Startup Studio and Incubator is our flagship
program - a twelve-week deep dive intentionally built around Seaworthy
founders. Our approach is unique; we embrace human-centered design,
placing the needs, experiences, and aspirations of entrepreneurs at the core.
Through empathy and understanding, as well as experience, we individually
tailor our support for each founder to address their unique challenges. In this
way, we help support and develop founders as people, as much as their
solutions.
Seaworthy also created a community and network platform, called The
Shoreline, with the aim of growing our pipeline by providing access to
resources more informally, connecting later-stage companies with our network
and resources for strategic outcomes. We are also launching a new fellowship
program in the Tampa Bay Region, intentionally driving participation in
BlueTech for a wide range of students.

raised over $34 million since graduating. Altogether, our local and global
community generates scalable solutions for 71% of the planet (our ocean) to
